Prof. Dr. Asim Kumar Bandyopadhyay

Prof. Dr. Asim Kumar Bandyopadhyay was born in Kolkata. He did his graduation and post-graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jadavpur University and IIT, Kharagpur respectively. He did his doctoral studies twice, once in Corporate Finance from Aligarh Muslim University ( AMU) and the next in Market Finance from Bangalore University.
He has been a practicing electronics engineer for more than three decades. He served in a renowned giant electronic manufacturing industry in Bangalore and had a small scale electronic industry as an entrepreneur. Subsequently, he switched over to academics.
Prof. Bandyopadhyay taught management subjects mostly in Finance, Operation, Insurance and Risk Management and Quantitative areas in a few reputed management institutes in Bangalore.
