When User visits the Site or sends e-mails to Rigi Publications, User is communicating with Rigi Publications electronically. User hereby consents to receive communications from us electronically. Rigi Publications will communicate with User by e-mail or by posting notices on the Site. User agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Rigi Publications provides to User electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Miscellaneous

The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws as applicable in India. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Delhi, India.

Restrictions

User shall not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Service or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Service. Rigi Publications reserves the right to bar any such activity.

User shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service or to any Rigi Publications server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Service, by hacking, password “mining”, or any other illegitimate means.

User further acknowledge and agree that Rigi Publications shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, information, or services available on or through any such website or resource.

User is responsible for all of its activity in connection with the Service. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES SHALL BE VOID TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Rigi Publications may terminate User’s access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, effective upon notice thereof to User (provided that, if Rigi Publications determines there may be an immediate threat to Rigi Publications, it may terminate such access without notice). Rigi Publications may also terminate a Customer’s account at any time, in its discretion. Upon termination notice from Rigi Publications, User will no longer access (or attempt to access) the Service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
