युगधर्म की रक्षा करने के उद्देश्य से सत्य में श्रीहरि, त्रेता में श्रीराम, द्वापर में श्रीकृष्ण की भाँति इस घोर कलि के अन्तिम पर्याय में भी भक्तों का उद्धार, दुष्कृति का विनाश एवं धर्म की स्थापना के लिए इस धरित्री के लीलांगन में वैकुण्ठ की सर्जना करने हेतु पूर्णपरंब्रह्म श्रीमन्नारायण ने श्रीश्रीश्री ठाकुर केशवचन्द्र जी के रूप में 1955 में शरीर धारण किया और 2015 में शरीर त्याग कर चले गये। प्रत्येक युग के आरम्भ से शेष पर्यन्त मुनि-ऋषि एवं साधु-सन्त प्रकृति को शांत कराकर सृष्टि के मंगल के लिए अगणित यज्ञानुष्ठान करते हैं। युग के परिवर्तन के समय युगपुरुष स्वयं आकर ये कर्म करते हैं। सत्य में भूधारक ऋषि यज्ञ, त्रेता में अश्वमेध यज्ञ एवं द्वापर में प्रभास यज्ञ की भाँति इस युग में भी ठाकुर जी ने 2015 में चार ‘चरम चैतन्य महायज्ञ’ सम्पन्न कराये। अपने जीवन काल में ठाकुर जी ने 60 से ज्यादा यज्ञ करवाये, जिनके द्वारा पिछले युगों में दिये गये वचनों (वर प्राप्ति) की पूर्ति करने के साथ-साथ अगले युगों के तीर्थो की स्थापना की गई। वह सब विवरणी स्मरणिका के नाम से उड़िया भाषा में प्रकाशित ‘चरम’ के 50 क्रमांको में आती रही। इस पुस्तक में उन्हीं में से 16 के करीब यज्ञों के बारे में लेख हैं। इसके इलावा सन् 2000 में हुई बारीपदा सम्मिलिनी के प्रश्न उत्तर भी लिपीबद्ध हैं। नाम जप की विधी व महात्मय और युगोपयोगी साधना - ‘साष्टांग प्रणाम’ पर भी लेख है।
