Paramesh Dutta

An engineer by education and a bureaucrat by profession Sri Dutta was born in a small town in Assam. He was in the Indian Administrative Service and served government in various responsible posts till his retirement. He regularly writes articles both in English and Assamese in various weekly papers magazines and books. He authored a few books in Assamese. Rainbows in Dreams is his first novel in English.
