About Author
Paramesh Dutta is an engineer by education and a bureaucrat by profession. A former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, he has served the Government of India in several responsible positions until his retirement.
Born in a small town in Assam, Dutta brings to his writing a rare blend of administrative experience, social insight, and literary sensitivity. He is a regular contributor to newspapers, magazines, and journals in both English and Assamese, and has authored several books in Assamese literature.
