About Author
इस प्रस्तुति के रचियेता, इंद्रेश प्रकाश गुप्ता (जन्म १९४०), स्वयं का उद्यम एवं व्यवसाय स्थापित करने से पहले, इस्पात उद्योग में प्रोडक्शन इंजीनियर के पद पर कार्यरत रहे। साहित्य के प्रति लगाव तथा अपने मनोभावों को मूर्त रूप देने की ललक अल्पायु से ही पनपती रही थी। १९५९ से ही इनकी साहित्यिक सर्जना रूप लेने लगी थी तथा स्थानीय पत्रिकाओं में कविताओं का प्रकाशन यदा-कदा होता रहा। अंततः २००३ में अपने औद्योगिक जीवन से सेवानिवृति लेकर उन्होंने साहित्य सेवा को अपना ध्येय बना लिया। हिंदी, उर्दू एवं बृज भाषा में अपने उद्गारों को पुस्तकों के रूप में प्रस्तुत करते रहे हैं । अहिंदी भाषियों के हितार्थ कई उत्कृष्ट कृतियों का अंग्रेजी में अनुवाद भी करते रहे हैं।
साहित्य सेवा के लिए, उन्हें १७वें नई दिल्ली विश्व पुस्तक मेले में अखिल भारतीय कवि सभा द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में ""काव्य श्री"" सम्मान से सम्मानित किया गया। उत्तर प्रदेश हिंदी संस्थान द्वारा वर्ष २०१७ के हृषीकेश चतुर्वेदी सर्जना पुरस्कार से भी सम्मानित किया गया। इनकी प्रकाशित कुछ विशिष्ट रचनाओं में केन्द्रीय हिन्दी निदेशालय से मान्यता प्राप्त “मन के मनके”, “दो क्षण मेरी भी तो सुन लो”, “सुधियों के सागर”, “आलय” तथा ""भंवर जावौ मथुरा धाम"" प्रमुख हैं।
