About Author
सुखदेव रियात एक संवेदनशील शायर और साहित्यकार हैं, जिनकी लेखनी सादगी और गहराई का अद्भुत मेल है। उनका जन्म समराला, जिला लुधियाना में हुआ और वर्तमान में वे लुधियाना में अपनी रिटायर्ड जिंदगी व्यतीत कर रहे हैं।
उन्होंने दिल्ली इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज (DCE) से इंजीनियरिंग तथा AIMA नई दिल्ली एवं EMMS से मैनेजमेंट की उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त की। अपने करियर में उन्होंने BHEL, PFC, PNB जैसी प्रतिष्ठित संस्थाओं में महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर कार्य किया।
लेखन का शौक उन्हें बचपन से ही था। कॉलेज के दौरान वे हिंदी परिषद के प्रधान और कॉलेज मैगज़ीन के जनरल एडिटर रहे। उनकी कविताएँ और लेख देश की विभिन्न पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित होते रहे हैं।
