About Author
Birendra Kumar Shrivastava (B.K. Shrivastava) is a dedicated spiritual seeker and author who voluntarily retired from his position as Assistant Engineer at the M.P. Electricity Board in 2004 to pursue his spiritual calling. Between 2002–2004, he earned three degrees in Reiki Meditation and attended multiple Self-Realisation Camps in Indore, followed by Vipassana Meditation at Bhopal in 2018.
With over three decades of study into spiritual literature — from the Bhagavad Gita, Tulsidas, J. Krishnamurti, Vivekananda, Yogananda, and Maharishi Aurobindo — he found his spiritual home through Integral Yoga. His awakening came through reading “Yog Samanvay” by Maharishi Aurobindo, leading him to realize his soul’s true purpose.
His writings are guided by divine inspiration — a testament to the grace he experienced and now wishes to share with the world through this book.
