Chandramaouli Rai, born on January 10, 1956, in Chakkhiru, Aajamgarh district, Uttar Pradesh, is a retired bureaucrat with a passion for writing. After completing his education, including an M.A. in English from Delhi University, he served in various capacities in the Indian government. His writings, published in several government publications, reflect his commitment to instilling moral values through literature.
